The Role

The Marketing Executive will be at the forefront of our business growth, leading campaigns that promote our skincare, hair studio, and clinical services. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketer who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and healthcare — and who can connect with audiences both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our full range of services (aesthetics, hair, and clinical care).
  • Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn) with engaging and creative content.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, newsletters, and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Support recruitment of skilled practitioners and stylists.
  • Collaborate with the clinic and hair studio teams to promote events, treatment launches, and open days.
  • Maintain and update the company website (with external support if required).
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, preparing regular reports for management.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, or hospitality/service sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, campaign planning, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and basic website content management (desirable).
  • Creative thinker with a flair for visual and written branding.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams (clinic and hair studio).
  • Right to work in the UK.
